Online Rental Property Manager: Managing properties, units and leases

A property is a building, in which there are one or several units available for rent. These units statuses are displayed as unlisted, listed or occupied. If the unit is under construction or maintenance, you should set its status as "unlisted". When a potential customer shows interest in one or more of the available units in your properties, you can fill an application for him/her. You should apply only for the units displayed as "listed". Once you approve the application, you should set it to "occupied".
